Gerber Limited Lifetime Warranty: Gerber products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser, for as long as he or she lives, against defects in materials, manufacture or assembly. Normal wear and tear is to be expected on any product and, therefore, not coved under warranty. Damage due to abuse, misuse, or neglect is also no covered. Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with the same item or item of equal value. In order to get service under warranty, send the product, prepaid, together with an explanation of the defect, to the address listed below. It is recommended that you insure the products to be returned.
Ger will not be responsible for any damages for loss or use of defective products or for other consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore the above exclusion may not apply to you.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
